• Pricing, itinerary and inclusions of tours are subject to change without any prior notice. 
• Extra charge applies for features not covered in inclusions. 
• Meals are not included in our tour packages except daily breakfast, but we can arrange it for you at an extra cost.
• Our team should not be held responsible for any loss / damage of belongings (wallet, expensive camera, smart phone etc.) or personal injury that may occur to you during a tour with us.
• Kids under 12 years must be joined by a responsible adult, especially while indulging in adventurous ad water activities.
• Depending on location, traffic conditions and such other aspects, there will be slight variations in pick-up and drop off timings.
• Singapore has a warm and humid climate throughout the year. But the months of December and January are relatively cooler. Moreover, the weather can be unpredictable; so be sure to carry an umbrella in order to tackle all-of-a-sudden rainstorms and drizzles.
• Loose, comfortable clothing is recommended, regardless of the time of your Singapore visit. Pair it with a cardigan or a shawl when you’re indoors, particularly within air-conditioned malls and entertainment areas with a freezing temperature.
• Since your Singapore vacation may involve a lot of walking, it’s good to have a pair of comfy shoes.
• The city-state’s sunny climate also entails you to bring a good pair of sun glasses, besides a high SPF sunscreen to protect your skin from the unforgiving UVB rays.
• Smoking in public places is a serious offense in Singapore.
• Don’t litter public places.
• Chewing gums is another illegal act in the city-state.
• Prior to making a tour booking, be sure to carefully read and understand our policies, inclusions and general information, as your payment on a tour denotes the acceptance of terms and conditions describing the package(s).
• Early morning or late night arrival or departure transfer cost additional SGD 25 Per Person Per Way.

Cancellation Policy

Policy Regarding Cancellation / NO SHOW / EARLY DEPARTURE
In the event of cancellation of tour / travel/Trekking services – due to any avoidable / unavoidable reason, you must be informed in writing. Cancellation charges would be effective from the date we receive advice in writing and cancellation charges would be as follows:-
Before 60 days – No cancellation charge.
From 60 days to 45 days – 5% of the total tour / service cost
From 45 days to 15 days – 10% of the total tour / service cost
From 15 days to 07 days – 15% of the total tour / service cost
From 07 days to 02 days (48 hrs) – 30% of the total tour / service cost
From 48 hours to arrival or NO SHOW – NO REFUND
In case you cancel the trip after commencement, refund would be restricted to a limited amount, which too would depend on the amount that we would be able to recover from the hoteliers/contractors we patronize. For unused hotel accommodation, chartered transportation & missed meals etc. we do not bear any responsibility to refund.

Booking Policy

A 50% advance is required to confirm your booking, with the balance due at least 15 days before departure. Hotels, flights, attraction tickets and visas are confirmed only after the advance is received and are subject to availability; we will need clear copies of passports (valid for at least six months) at the time of booking.

Child Policy

Children under 2 years travel free, sharing the parents' bed (flights charged separately). Children aged 2–11 pay a child rate, with or without an extra bed. Children 12 years and above pay the full adult rate. Attraction tickets and visas for children are charged at the rates set by the operator or embassy.
