Nepal is commonly divided into three physiographic areas: the Mountain, Hill, Siwalik region and Terai Regions. These ecological belts run east-west and are vertically intersected by Nepal’s major, north to south flowing river systems. The southern lowland plains or Terai bordering India are part of the northern rim of the Indo-Gangetic plains. They were formed and are fed by three major rivers: the Koshi, the Narayani, and the Karnali. This region has a subtropical to tropical climate.

Climate from June to August the monsoon time and only city to city based tour we recommend. The post-monsoon period from September to November is considered best time in Nepal. It will be clean air and excellent mountain views can be seen. Days are warm and sunny, although nights become increasingly cool. Winter time from December to February is dry and clear with temperatures dropping below freezing especially at high altitudes places, although in Kathmandu, Pokhara, Chitwan and Lumbini it can still sometimes reach a pleasant 25C. Spring (March to May) is warmer and considered second high season for tour is a particularly beautiful time to visit as the rhododendrons and the orchids are in flower.

Everest Panorama trek is also considered as easy trek in Everest Region which takes you up high along trials to Tengboche Monastery (3850m). So it is also called Tengboche Trekking. This trek offers the splendid view of Mount Everest including Everest, Lhotse, Thamserku, Ama Dablam and other many snowy peaks.

Day 01Fly to Lukla and Trek to Phakding Walking distance 4 Hours
Our trekking guide will lead you to domestic airport to take a flight to Lukla which will take 45m. After arrive in Lukla we will meet our porter and after a tea/ coffee we will walk to Phakding which will take approximately 4hr. Overnight in the lodge. Lunch will serve on the way and dinner at the lodge.

Day 02 Trek to Namche Basar 3440m walking distance 6 Hours
We start our trekking after the breakfast 8:00AM. Today we will walk around 6hr and it has a steep ascending before getting to Namche. From Namche we will have good view of Kwongde, Thamserku and Kusum Kangru Mountain. Overnight in the lodge. Lunch will serve on the way and dinner will be at the lodge.

Day 03 Acclimatization Day
Today is an easy day. Wake up and have a breakfast and after breakfast hike to Syanboache from where we will see the view of Mt. Everest, Amadablam and many other mountains. If you want you can further walk down to Khumjung where we can explore the first school of Sir Edmond Hillary and the sherpa village. Back to Namche and overnight at the lodge. Today we will have a pack lunch and dinner at the lodge.

Day 04 Trek to Tengboache 3800m walking distance 5 Hours
Our trek will start after the breakfast. It will take approximately 5 hr to get to Tengboache. Tengboache is an old Monastery in the Khumvu region. After taking rest in the lodge we will visit to Monastery and talk to lama or can seat while they will have their rituals. Overnight in the lodge. Lunch will serve on the way and dinner will be at the lodge.

Rain gear and extra clothing. Dressing in layers allows you to adjust to changing weather and activity levels. Two rules: avoid cotton (it keeps moisture close to your skin) and always carry a hat.

Knife or multi-purpose tool.
Sun screen and sun glasses. Especially above treeline when there is a skin-scorching combination of sun and snow, you’ll need sunglasses to prevent snow blindness and sunscreen to prevent sunburn.
Daypack/backpack. You’ll want something you can carry comfortably and has the features designed to keep you hiking smartly. Don’t forget the rain cover; some packs come with one built-in. Keep the other Essentials in the pack and you’ll always be ready to hit the trail safely.

Cancellation Policy

Policy Regarding Cancellation / NO SHOW / EARLY DEPARTURE
In the event of cancellation of tour / travel/Trekking services – due to any avoidable / unavoidable reason, you must be informed in writing. Cancellation charges would be effective from the date we receive advice in writing and cancellation charges would be as follows:-

Before 60 days – No cancellation charge.
From 60 days to 45 days – 5% of the total tour / service cost
From 45 days to 15 days – 10% of the total tour / service cost
From 15 days to 07 days – 15% of the total tour / service cost
From 07 days to 02 days (48 hrs) – 30% of the total tour / service cost
From 48 hours to arrival or NO SHOW – NO REFUND

In case you cancel the trip after commencement, refund would be restricted to a limited amount, which too would depend on the amount that we would be able to recover from the hoteliers/contractors we patronize. For unused hotel accommodation, chartered transportation & missed meals etc. we do not bear any responsibility to refund.
