• Adult pricing applies to all travelers except for infant.
  If you prefer other Language Guide (Hindi/Russian/German/French/Spanish/Chinese/Japanese) , please email us instead of direct booking.
• The Govt. Taxes are subject to change, hence in case of change only the increased portion from the date you booked the tour shall be added to the above given rates.
• In case of non-availability of accommodation in any of the above mentioned hotels during the required date’s similar category of hotels will be provided.
• We suggest that passengers should be covered by Travel, medical, health and rescue insurance. These cannot be obtained in Nepal.
• Itinerary and schedule are subject to change due to road or weather conditions etc
• The above Tariff is not Applicable during hotel surcharge period & subject to change without prior notice.
• On a case to case basis no refund for missed tour or unused service missed of transfer (No show) payment is nonrefundable for no show. 

Booking Procedure

• We require 10% advance deposit to hold the booking.
• Balance must reach to us 30 days prior to tour departure date.
• We need payment of Visa fee & air fare at the time of booking confirmation if it is includes in the price at the time of booking confirmation.

HOTEL CHECK IN – CHECK OUT TIME

Generally, Hotel Check in 12:00 noon to 2 pm – Check out time is latest by 12:00 noon depend on hotel’s policy. Extended check in – check out time may be granted with additional price and subject to availability and agreement by the participating hotels.

HOTEL POLICY:

It is usual that most of the star hotels in Nepal will ask for a security deposit from the guest directly. It’s not for room payment but for the incidental expenses incurred by the guest during the stay. Hotel will take an imprint of a credit card or will ask for a deposit in cash, the amount of cash required varies from hotel to hotel it’s a refundable deposit upon checking out, it will be fully refunded if guest do not make any consumption at the stay. Sneak in – It’s not a formal consent to the 3rd even 4th guest to share a room which normally constrain for double occupancy only. Just access into the room clandestinely and do NOT check-in at the registration upon arrival for the hotel, check-in time is 2PM or 3PM and check-out time is 11:00AM

TRAVEL DOCUMENTS

It is the Tour member responsibility to ensure that they have valid passports (at least 6 month valid from the date of arrival in Nepal) with some empty pages for visa. Most of the national can get on arrival visa so please ask us well in advance.

Visa On Arrival

Tribhuvan International Airport is the only international airport of Nepal. Immigration Office, TIA (Tribhuvan International Airport) under Department of Immigration has been facilitating tourists flying to Nepal by providing Visa on Arrival. Likewise, other Entry and Exit points established at the border regions also provide ‘ On Arrival Visa’ to foreign nationals hoping enter to Nepal via land.

‘On Arrival’ visa procedure is very quick and simple. You can expect some queues during peak Tourist season. If you wish to skip those queues, you can also consider getting Visa from Nepalese Diplomatic Missions stationed abroad prior to your arrival. Choice is yours.

 If you have obtained visa from Nepalese Diplomatic Missions, then you must enter Nepal within six months from the visa issued date. Your total stay is counted starting from the day you enter into Nepal.

Below national are required to obtain Nepal visa before arrival in Nepal.

Gratis Visa (Visa for Free)

Gratis Visa is issued free of cost in case of following categories of Visa applicants:

Children below 10 years.

Up to 30 days for SAARC Citizens (except Afghanistan) once in a given visa Year.  Afghan citizens are eligible for Visa on Arrival only upon the recommendation of Department of Immigration. If you are an Afghan citizen, you can request concerned institution inviting you to Nepal for necessary paperwork with Department of Immigration to get you Gratis Visa ‘On Arrival’.

Non Residential Nepalese (NRN) card holder (issued by MoFA /Nepalese diplomatic missions abroad).

Chinese Nationals.

LIABILITY

The prices are subject to amendment should the Transporters/ Hoteliers/Airlines/Govt. Entities amend their rates prior to commencement of the tour. PIGEON TRAVEL & TOURS (P) LTD, while undertaking tours, transportation, hotel accommodation and other services only act as an agent on the clear understanding that they shall not be, in any way responsible or liable for any accident, damage, loss, delay or inconvenience caused in connection with the travel facilities arranged by the Company, its employees or agents. All bookings are accepted and executed with utmost care, yet no responsibility is undertaken for any change or deviation on account of factors beyond our control.

REFUND

After commencement of Travel, no refund in full or in part will be given for services includes in the program, which are not utilized.

Cancellation Policy

Policy Regarding Cancellation / NO SHOW / EARLY DEPARTURE
In the event of cancellation of tour / travel/Trekking services – due to any avoidable / unavoidable reason, you must be informed in writing. Cancellation charges would be effective from the date we receive advice in writing and cancellation charges would be as follows:-

Before 60 days – No cancellation charge.
From 60 days to 45 days – 5% of the total tour / service cost
From 45 days to 15 days – 10% of the total tour / service cost
From 15 days to 07 days – 15% of the total tour / service cost
From 07 days to 02 days (48 hrs) – 30% of the total tour / service cost
From 48 hours to arrival or NO SHOW – NO REFUND

In case you cancel the trip after commencement, refund would be restricted to a limited amount, which too would depend on the amount that we would be able to recover from the hoteliers/contractors we patronize. For unused hotel accommodation, chartered transportation & missed meals etc. we do not bear any responsibility to refund.
