Dhulikhel has for many centuries been an important trading centre on the ancient commercial route linking Nepal to Tibet. They may not all have glazed windows, hot water or modern furniture, but they have dignity and a friendly atmosphere. Their most valuable assets are the beautifully carved windows and doors, fine examples of traditional Newari craftsmanship.

Dhulikhel is popular view point from where you can see the great landscapes of the Midhill and the Himalayan Range. The Driving offer you the grandeur experience in the rim of the valley. 

Kali Temple in Dhulikhel is in quiet and peaceful place. The trail (1000 stairs) is fantastic and well maintained. You can drive too but hiking will be more worthy. On the way back you can see a buddha statue which is also attractive and from where you can see Dhulikhel area.

Panauti is a historical, cultural, and religious city in Nepal’s Kavre district that’s also known for its archaeological significance. It’s considered a cultural capital and is home to many festivals and Jatra celebrations. Panauti is also a culinary destination, as the popular Newari dish Yomari originated there.
