Chitlang

Markhu
Markhu, on the way to Kulekhani is one of the popular areas to visit and sightseeing. Markhu is a small village at the top of Kulekhani reservoir and is a beautiful and peaceful place to be. A suspension bridge right above the kulekhani reservoir adds beauty and attractions to the people. You can walk through the bridge, take photos and have fun.
Kulekhani is a panoramic landscape. It is the largest man-made lake (in Nepal), for Kulekhani Hydropower project, also known as Indra Sarobar. Kulekhani is famous for fishing, hiking, trekking and boating. Boating there will make you feel like you are floating upon the shiny diamond flame.
