International passengers no longer required to submit Air Suvidha on arrival in India-from-22-nov-2022

Government authorities on Monday announced that international passengers will not have to submit the declaration forms, beginning midnight, 22nd November.

A notice from the Civil Aviation ministry read, “In the light of sustained declining COVID-19 trajectory and significant advances being made in COVID-19 vaccination coverage both globally as well as in India, Ministry of Health & Family Welfare has issued revised ‘Guidelines for International Arrivals”.

Air Suvidha was a self declaration form which was introduced as Covid prevention measure and was meant to understand contact tracing during the Covid 19 pandemic.

It was a contactless solution by the Ministry of Civil Aviation and Ministry of Health Family Welfare, which is facilitated by Delhi Airport for all international passengers coming to India.
