                                                                  Taj Mahal Tour
Agra, once the capital of the Mughal Empire during the 16th and early 18th centuries, is four hours by road from New Delhi. Tourists from all over the world visit Agra not to see the ruins of the red sandstone fortress built by the Mughal emperors but to make a pilgrimage to Taj Mahal, India’s most famous architectural wonder, in a land where magnificent temples and edificies abound to remind visitors about the rich civilization of a country that is slowly but surely lifting itself into an industrialized society…

Short Itinerary

Day 01: Arrive New Delhi – Agra (200 KMS / 03 HRS)
Arrive at Delhi Airport (Flight Detail TBA). On arrival greet by our representative & transfer to Agra, There is only one place in the world in which to see the Taj Mahal and that is Agra. The monument's splendour is simply undeniable and creates an air of romance throughout the city. The decadent and sophisticated culture of the Nawab still permeates Agra and gives the city a unique Mughal character that some say make it more Indian than New Delhi. In addition to the wondrous Taj Mahal, Agra is dotted with unique attractions like the massive Agra fort, the city's labyrinth of bazaars. On arrival check inn to hotel & rest of day on relax. Overnight stay at Agra.
Evening (IF TIME PERMITE): - Photo Tour of Taj Mahal from Mehtab Bagh — the Moonlight Garden — Believed to have been designed by Shah Jahan to view the Taj on moonlight nights, far away from the maddening crowd, The garden complex is situated on the left bank of Yamuna opposite to TajMahal. It is a huge square measuring approximately 300x300 m and in straight alignment with the Taj Mahal. The forestry plantations and agricultural fields provide a green forecourt to TajMahal and its reflection in Yamuna. Here you can witness the sunset over the Taj Mahal.

Day 02: Agra - New Delhi (200 KMS / 03 HRS) & Departure
Morning proceed to tour of Taj Mahal (Friday closed), a Unesco World Heritage Site one of the 7-wonders of the world. Taj Mahal built by Shah Jahan in 1653 in memory of his queen Mumtaz Mahal to enshrine her mortal remains. This architectural marvel is a perfectly proportioned masterpiece fashioned from white marble that stands testimony to the skill of 20,000 craftsmen brought together from Persia, Turkey, France and Italy and who took 17 years to complete this ‘Love poem In Marble’. Further visit Agra Fort, a Unesco World Heritage Site built during the great Mughal era. Agra Fort built in 1569 on the banks of the Yamuna River. Agra fort containing the halls private and public audiences and other palaces. Shah Jahan spent years of continement at the hands of his son Aurangzeb, looking wistfully at the Taj Mahal from the Fort.
Later Enjoy bazaar shopping in Agra is known for its fabulous handicrafts, made of marble and softstone inlay work. The Mughals were great patrons of arts and crafts. Empress Nur Jahan took personal interest and was an accomplished artist herself in zari embroidery work. Agra's major handicraft products besides inlay work are: leatherware, brassware, carpets, jewellery and embroidery work. Evening drive back to Delhi with sweet memories of Taj Mahal & Others Mughal Era Buildings. On arrival in Delhi transfer to airport to board in flight for onwards destination.

Miyamoto report on Annapurna Nepal Now, latest facts
Miyamoto report on Annapurna Nepal Now, latest facts Location: Annapurna | Type: Adventure, Nature Lovers | Tags:NepalNOW, Trek, annapurna, nepal, nepal now The Annapurna region, the most popular tourism destinations of the country, is located in the Himalayas in north-central Nepal. Following the powerful earthquakes of April and May 2015, the extent and severity of earthquake-related structural damage and geologic hazard were widely believed to be limited, but remained unknown. With funding from SAMARTH-NMDP and on behalf of the government of Nepal through the Ministry of Culture, Tourism and Civil Aviation, an assessment team was dispatched from June 25 to July 2, 2015 to this region to observe and record seismic damages that occurred along the main trekking routes and select villages as a result of the earthquakes. The team was comprised of a structural engineer and an engineering geologist, supported by a professional mountain guide and local conservation officer familiar with the region. The objective of the rapid reconnaissance of the region was to a) develop a baseline understanding of the extent of earthquake-related damage, b) advise on the overall trekking safety of the region’s routes and c) provide recommendations on repairs or risk mitigation that will inform tourism recovery and commercial readiness strategies that are currently being developed by the government, its international development partners, and Nepal’s tourism industry at large. The aim of these efforts is to promote tourism back to Nepal which will support the nation’s economic recovery. The findings of the structural and geotechnical rapid assessment of the region are summarized in this report.
